Heather is originally from North Carolina, where she graduated from East Carolina University & Appalachian State University with degrees in Biology & Psychology. Since moving to the Tri-Cities area, she has spent over two decades raising her two sons and serving her community in a variety of ways, including substitute teaching and numerous other volunteer opportunities that are near and dear to her heart.
